If you are not 100% satisfied with our service for any reason and wish to receive a full refund, you may close your account at any time prior to midnight of the third business day, excluding holidays, following the date of your submission of a completed subscription form. Requests for cancellation and a full refund will only be accepted in the format outlined in the Terms of Service you agreed to as a user of the website. Any refunds under this 3-day cancellation policy will be made within 10 days after Nuopp Inc.’s “Locate Your Love’s” receipt of your cancellation notice. If your cancellation notice is received after the third business day, your subscription will terminate at the end of the subscription term for which you have paid, and you will not receive any refund for any unused days of such subscription term. This offer is not applicable to membership renewals and subsequent memberships purchased after your initial subscription.
